Sprout Social is the most polished of the enterprise suites. The Smart Inbox, reporting and approval workflow are genuinely excellent, and the product is backed by the kind of support and security documentation large companies ask for.
You pay for it: plans start at $199 per seat per month, and listening, employee advocacy and premium analytics are separate purchases. For teams under ten people, Agorapulse offers most of the same capability at roughly half the cost.
