Privacy policy
Effective 5 October 2026. scheduler.social is operated by Digital Souls Studios LTD (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
Nothing to browse. You can read every page without an account. We do not run accounts or passwords.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics to understand which pages are read. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner (Cookiebot). We also count, in aggregate and without cookies, how often each tool profile is viewed and how often its “Visit site” button is clicked.
Forms. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address. If you submit a tool, report an error, write a review or claim a listing we store what you type in the form, your email address and the time of submission, so we can process it and reply.
Reviews. Published reviews show your role and, only if you opt in, your name. Your email address is never shown and is used only to confirm the review and tell you whether it was published.
Vendor claims. Claiming a listing stores your work email, name and role, and sets a signed cookie for up to seven days so you can edit the listing without a password. Edits you submit are stored with your claim until an editor reviews them.
Affiliate links
“Visit site” buttons pass through scheduler.social/go so we can count clicks, then send you to the vendor, sometimes via an affiliate network. The vendor or network may set its own cookie on their site. We receive aggregate commission reports, not information about you. See the affiliate disclosure.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Submissions, reports and claims for as long as the listing exists, so we can show the history of corrections. Review emails for as long as the review is live. Aggregate view and click counts indefinitely. Analytics retention follows the provider defaults (Google Analytics: 14 months).
Who we share it with
Hosting and database providers that run the site, Mailjet for transactional email, and the analytics providers above. We do not sell personal data and we do not share reviewer or subscriber details with vendors.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or have a published review removed, by emailing info@scheduler.social. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and show the new effective date at the top.
