It suits large brands running many regional handles from one central team.
Social Marketing Essential starts at $1,249 a month, and the Social Care inbox and ratings-and-reviews products are priced separately on quote. There is no trial, only a demo. Anyone below enterprise scale should look at Sprout Social or Agorapulse first.
