Our verdict
Hopper HQ started as an Instagram grid planner and still does that best: visual planner, hashtag explorer, automated first comment, CSV bulk upload and unlimited AI captions, all on the $6-per-account Grow plan. It now publishes to nine networks including Threads, Bluesky and YouTube Shorts, with iOS and Android apps.
Pricing scales per account, so twenty accounts on Grow is $120 a month, and approvals and team permissions only come with Scale at $12 per account. There is no inbox or API, and the trial takes card details. Later and Planoly are the direct comparisons; Publer is cheaper at volume.
