Our verdict
HeyOrca is built around client sign-off: every paid plan has unlimited users and an approval flow where clients approve, reject or comment without logging in. Pricing is per calendar, not per seat, so a big agency or non-profit team pays the same $59 a month for Basic. The free plan covers 2 profiles and 15 posts a month.
The catch is what Basic leaves out: reports ($59), inbox ($39) and listening ($39) are add-ons, so most agencies end up on Pro at $149 per calendar. Planable is cheaper for approvals alone; Vista Social bundles inbox and reports.
